I cannot guarantee that no such cases will be brought but the courts are used to dealing with frivolous and vexatious litigants. Every court has its own power to deal with such people or organisations. Of course it is a matter of degree but we are confident that the courts know from bitter experience how to deal with such people and that they can be condemned in costs. There are other remedies as well. I hope that that is a satisfactory answer.
