: The President would then be fighting a legal war—unlike the one that his son pursued—but, given the international scope of the Bill, he would simultaneously find himself on the wrong side of the domestic law of the United Kingdom. Even somebody pursuing an internationally legal action could find that action illegal under this ridiculous Bill.
