Road Safety Bill [HL]

I strongly support this amendment. It makes complete sense. People often need to call someone urgently and they can pull in and park—the cars will be stationary. The instance quoted—a traffic jam where an accident has held up the traffic—is a perfectly legitimate example and I support the amendment.
