Once again I am most grateful to the noble and learned Lord. In essence, he seems to be saying that the expression ““for use”” which is on the face of the Bill, really should allay most of the concerns that I have expressed in the context of the case law that has defined it.
I am most grateful to the noble and learned Lord for his response. I shall go away and look at it and if I am as convinced as he is I shall not reappear with the amendment at Report. I beg leave to withdraw the amendment.
Amendment, by leave, withdrawn.
