I am grateful to the noble and learned Lord. As I said, these were probing amendments. I entirely accept that leaving out ““dishonestly”” would inappropriate. However, as I understand it, the consultation posed the question: should it be fraud wrongfully and dishonestly to fail to disclose information? I asked the noble and learned Lord to explain why the Government have settled on this wording rather than any other. He has explained that entirely to my satisfaction, so I am happy to withdraw the amendment. I beg leave to withdraw the amendment.
Amendment, by leave, withdrawn.
