I am saying that if the noble and learned Lord does not like the word ““reckless””, what other formulation would he insert in the Bill to limit the scope of the offence? I am not saying that I shall not pursue the inclusion of ““reckless”” on Report; but if the noble and learned Lord comes up with a new formulation on Report which constrains the current formulation, I would be happy to yield over the question of ““reckless””. The noble Lord shakes his head; perhaps he would like to intervene again and pursue me.
