Sitting here listening, I have learnt quite a bit about these little devices that go ““bleep””, such as the noble Earl, Lord Ferrers, has in his car. However, I wonder whether the Government are verging on encouraging people to buy the little devices that go ““bleep””, so that they can use them in their cars and whether it is part of new government safety thinking.
