I am grateful to hear the noble Baroness say that she will accept the recommendations of the Delegated Powers and Regulatory Reform Committee. As an alumnus of that committee I always take considerable interest in what it recommends. I regret that the Government are not prepared to go any further. I beg leave to withdraw the amendment.
