Perhaps I may clarify the point. I asked why the RIA did not include costs specific to the particular orders. What the RIA in each case did was simply to repeat the totality of the assessment of the Civil Partnership Bill that was before Parliament last year. No attempt was made either to update that or to make it specific to what we are being required to consider.
