Yes, including challenges relating to wild flowers, about which the hon. Member for Colchester (Bob Russell) is so concerned. The Bill will provide a strong voice for rural communities, a fresh and integrated approach to managing the natural environment and, last but not least, best value for money for the taxpayer. On that basis, I ask the House to reject the Opposition amendment and to support the Bill tonight.
