Together with an impact assessment and explanatory document recommending the super-affirmative resolution procedure from the Department for Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform. Coming into force 6 April 2010. Resolution on 7 July 2009 from the Regulatory Reform Select Committee that the draft Order be proceeded with unamended.
