Question

To ask Mr Chancellor of the Exchequer, what assessment the Inland Revenue has made of the impact on herd valuation of (a) the reduction in payment rates and (b) the introduction of a maximum weight limit for all cull cows through the over 30 months scheme. - None.

Mr. Paice: To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer what assessment the Inland Revenue has made of the impact on herd valuation of (a) the reduction in payment rates and (b) the introduction of a maximum weight limit for all cull cows through the over 30 months scheme. [18064] Dawn Primarolo: None. The Inland Revenue has no business need to assess this and has not done so.
