Question

What was the total cost for England in (a) 1991, (b) 1992 and (c) 1993 and what is her estimate for 1994 of (i) the sheep annual premium, (ii) the suckler cow premium and (iii) the beef special premium; what estimates her Department has made of the environmental damage caused in England through overgrazing by livestock for which each of those premia are being paid; what estimates her Department has made of environmental damage other than overgrazing being caused in England on farm land grazed by livestock for which the above premia are being paid. - Includes figures.
