Question

What is his estimate of the value of (a) milk quota and (b) suckler cow quota and sheep quota for the old and new less favoured areas in Northern Ireland; and what provision is made for recognising those sums in the income and value of Northern Ireland farm production or capital formation in his Department's assessment of Northern Ireland farm income. - Inc fact that information sought in first part of this question is not available.
