Mr. Hanson: To ask the Secretary of State for Wales when he plans to announce payment of beef and suckler cow premiums.[26183] Mr. Gwilym Jones: I announced on 4 April that the vast majority of claimants should receive their payments by the end of April. We are on target to achieve that objective.
