Question

To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs pursuant to the answer of 16 January 2012, Official Report, columns 456-7W, on animal welfare: circuses, what progress she has made on her consideration of the Austrian Constitutional Court judgment of 21 December 2011; and if she will make a statement.
