Question

If he will take steps to ensure that the correct country of origin is borne on a cheese product marketed by Golden Cow Dairies Limited, Portadown, called Easi Singles & to take an appropriate case to Northern Ireland courts in order to have legal interpretation of term 'material degree' as used in article 3(7) of EC Food Labelling directive 79/112/EEC; to make representations to EC about effect of article 3(7) EC Food Labelling directive 79/112/EEC on products which, while manufactured in Southern Ireland, bear labelling with Northern Ireland address
