Greenbelt: Planning Permission

Question

To ask the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government pursuant to the answer to the hon. Member for Peterborough of 3 April 2008, Official Report, column 1275W, on regional planning and development, in which local authorities has a planning inspector has (a) amended a proposed policy on the Green Belt and (b) rejected a development plan document as unsound due to the proposed policy on the Green Belt.
