Can the Secretary of State tell the House what steps are being taken to reduce the welfare dependency that seems to be exhibited by many farmers? Does she agree that we have not seen the Tories so excited for quite a long time, and that only when they are trying to get their snouts and those of their friends in the trough do we see them so motivated?
