Question

Which organisations they will consult on the regulations under Part 3 of the Equality Act 2006.

Answer

My Lords, my honourable friend the Minister for Women and Equality has today published a consultation paper setting out proposals for regulations prohibiting sexual orientation discrimination in the provision of goods and services in Great Britain. A Statement and copies of the consultation paper were laid in the House Libraries this morning. We will be consulting widely with all parties interested in the proposed regulations over the next 12 weeks.
