Estimates days

Dr Sarah Wollaston reported, that, following the recommendation of the Backbench Business Committee on applications considered at its meeting of 19 June, the Liaison Committee recommendation for the allocation of time for the consideration of Estimates on (a) the third allotted day in the present session and (b) the first of any additional days to be allotted in the remainder of the session (Standing Order No. 145) is as follows: (i) that a day not later than 5 August be allotted for the consideration of the following Estimates for financial year 2018–19: Ministry of Justice (on the application of Robert Neill) Department of Health and Social Care and Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (on the application of Dr Sarah Wollaston and Mr Clive Betts) (ii) that a further day not later than 5 August be allotted for the consideration of the following Estimates for financial year 2018–19: Department for Education (on the application of Robert Halfon) Her Majesty's Treasury, so far as it relates to spending decisions and their consequences for grants to the devolved institutions (on the application of Stewart Malcolm McDonald).
