Mr Speaker laid upon the Table a Report from the Examiners of Petitions for Private Bills, pursuant to Standing Order 73, that in the case of the Petition for Additional Provision deposited in relation to the High Speed Rail (London-West Midlands) Bill on 16 September, certain Standing Orders are applicable, and of those which are applicable, Standing Orders 10, 10A, 11, 12, 13, 27, 27A, 34, 35, 37, 39, 41 and 45 have not been complied with in respect of the time prescribed by the Standing Orders for the giving of notices and making of deposits applicable to the purposes of the Additional Provision. Report referred to the Standing Orders Committee.
