Finance (No. 2) Bill 2017-19

The Speaker has certified that the Finance (No. 2) Bill is a Money Bill within the meaning of the Parliament Act 1911. The Speaker has also certified, for the purposes of Standing Order No. 83L, as modified by Standing Order No. 83S, and on the basis of material put before him, that, in his opinion, Clauses 3, 40 and 41 of and Schedule 11 to the Finance (No. 2) Bill relate exclusively to England, Wales and Northern Ireland and are within devolved legislative competence, as defined in Standing Order No. 83J, as modified by Standing Order No. 83S.
