Technical and Further Education Bill 2016-17

The Speaker has certified, for the purposes of Standing Order No. 83J, and on the basis of material put before him, that, in his opinion, Clause 1 of and Schedule 1 to the Technical and Further Education Bill (Bill 82) relate exclusively to England and are within devolved legislative competence, as defined in Standing Order No. 83J; and Clauses 2 to 38 of and Schedules 2 to 4 to the Technical and Further Education Bill (Bill 82) relate exclusively to England and Wales and are within devolved legislative competence, as defined in Standing Order No. 83J.
