Higher Education and Research Bill 2016-17

The Speaker has certified, for the purposes of Standing Order No. 83J, and on the basis of material put before him, that, in his opinion, Clauses 38, 56, 59 to 61 and 80 of and Schedules 5 and 6 to the Higher Education and Research Bill (Bill 4) relate exclusively to England and are within devolved legislative competence, as defined in Standing Order No. 83J.
