Finance (No. 2) Bill 2015-16

The Speaker has certified, for the purposes of Standing Order No. 83J, and on the basis of material put before him, that, in his opinion, Clauses 116 to 122, 130 and 131 of, and Schedule 16 to, the Finance (No. 2) Bill relate exclusively to England, Wales and Northern Ireland on matters within devolved legislative competence, as defined in Standing Order No. 83J.
