Childcare Bill (HL) 2015-16

The Speaker has certified for the purposes of Standing Order No. 83L, and on the basis of material put before him that in his opinion- (a) for the purposes of Standing Order No. 83L(2), Clauses 3 and 5 of the Bill relate exclusively to England on matters within devolved legislative competence, as defined in Standing Order No. 83J; (b) for the purposes of Standing Order No. 83L(4), amendment 3 to Clause 2 made to the Bill in Committee (which is now Clause 1(5) in the Bill as amended) relates exclusively to England.
